Our Guarantee

You shouldn’t feel as if you’re throwing your money down on a wild bet.

We will do everything we can to help you on your fitness journey as our client. If you train with us three times weekly for a period of 90 days/13 weeks and you attend 90% of your training sessions, we guarantee you will make progress in at least three of the five areas we measure at your initial fitness assessment or we will give you your money back.
