Many individuals feel that personal training involves pushing weights around, standing on a scale, sweating profusely, and/or counting calories.

However, personal training is recognizing an opportunity for self-improvement as a result of a physical shortcoming (either real or perceived) and then taking action to resolve it.

We encourage our clients to engage in a 3-step process of trusting, educating, and then understanding themselves while they are working thru one of our 90 day programs.

Information on and about everything we could ever want to know (and more) about exercise and nutrition is instantly available at our fingertips. But, how often do we really take the time to dig beneath the surface and really think?

Trusting ourselves to do what's best and then educating ourselves on how to do it is how we learn to understand ourselves. This understanding of why we do certain things helps us move from point A to point B.

Our Promise

You shouldn’t feel as if you’re throwing your money down on a wild bet.

We will do everything we can to help you on your fitness journey as our private client. If you train with us on either a two sessions weekly or three sessions weekly program for a period of 90 days (13 weeks) AND you attend 90% of your training sessions, we guarantee you will make progress in at least three of the five areas we measure at your initial fitness assessment or we will give you your money back. No questions asked.
