Our mutual goal is to "graduate" them by the end of one of our 90 day programs. At this point, they will feel a new confidence emerging in their ability to make healthier eating choices, create their own effective workout routines based on their personal fitness goals, and of course, feel much better about the person looking back at them in the mirror.
