Afterburn - Outdoor Group Fitness (HIIT) Class


What exactly is Afterburn?

Simply put, Afterburn is a small group fitness (HIIT) class held outdoors in Balboa Park. It's named after the "afterburn" theory which focuses on the increased caloric burn an individual can experience for up to 48 hours after a workout. However, we take it one step further with our group fitness class by making a Registered Dietitian available to guide you with your nutrition. After all, it's not just working out, it's also what you eat.

Plenty of equipment is impressive, but a minimalist (or "less is more") approach will still get the job done and help you generate a good amount of sweat!

Quality over quantity. Class sizes are restricted to 4 students for a more personal experience and nutrition professionals are available to help guide your diet.
