If your score is under 5, you are likely not ready to make changes to your lifestyle. You may want to reflect on those behaviors you are unwilling to change to determine what it would take to move forward. If your score is 5 or greater, you are likely ready to make significant changes in your life. As you may already have experienced in the past, making changes to one’s lifestyle can often be a difficult and lonely process.
